Chicago re-opens at the Garrick Theatre

Chicago, the musical has been plaing in West End for 14 consecutive years. In August, the hit musical was forced to move out from the Cambridge Theatre, where it had it’s home since April 2006. And now, on November 7th, it will re-open at the Garrick Theatre.

To celebrate the re-opening, we have got a wicked deal, and are now and until the upcoming Sunday able to sell tickets at a cut rate of 50 % of the normal price.

When Chicago, the musical first opened on Broadway, in 1975 and in West End in 1979, it was something completely new. A musical that broke new ground for the great musicals of the 90ies, with a stronger emphasis on showmanship and performance than the drama. Chicago broke ground for a new wave of musicals, such as Mama Mia, with stronger show performances than the classical dramatic tradition with roots in Andrew Lloyd Webbers style of writing.

With a consecutive 14 year track record of popularity, we at Ticmate welcome the re-opening of Chicago, the musical at the Garrick Theatre. Order your tickets at LondonMusicalTickets.com.
